- First, you start with the Muscle Stickhandling Ball to develop proper stickhandling patterns and a proper wrist roll. The heavy weight makes the player move slowly, thus enforcing the proper technique.
- Then, you move to the SkillzBall to refine those patterns and further develop the techniques.
- Finally, the SpeedBall is where the player can really master their moves and work on their quickness and this is where they develop those lightning quick hands.
